A Trust Bank (Previously Pearl Bank , IDX: BCIC) is an Indonesian bank established in 2008. The bank is based in Jakarta.

Histori
J Trust Co. Ltd. (J Trust), the parent company with global operating scope located at Toranomon First Garden, 1-7-12 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0001. The company was selected as the winner among 11 applicants in divestment of Bank Mutiara (the Company) previously under the control of Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
After restructuring management and other recovery efforts, the bank was divested by LPS to J Trust Co., Ltd. The number of shares transferred at that time is 99% in accordance with the approval letter from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) dated November 20, 2014 with a value of Rp. 4.41 Trillion and the Price for Book Value is about 3.5 times.
After becoming a controlling shareholder, J Trust supports several internal improvements in the bank and group consolidation. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Stockholders on March 30, 2015, the meeting approved the re-branding to PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. to be in line with the identity of other J Trust Group companies in Japan, South Korea and Singapore. After receiving approval from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights dated April 7, 2015 and OJK approval dated May 21, 2015, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. was officially announced to the public on May 29, 2015.
