Seminyak is a mixed tourist residential area on the west coast of Bali in Indonesia, north of Kuta and Legian.

Originally a separate city, this is now another suburb in Kuta. This area is very popular with expatriate residents and land and accommodation prices are among the highest in Bali. Many luxurious spas and hotels are plentiful. Due to the high density of high-end shopping, combined with the grouping of many good eating places, it has quickly become one of the most famous tourist areas on the island.

In addition to several commercial lines with popular and lively restaurants, bars, villas, and craft shops/furniture, there are several important places: Ku DÃÆ' Â © Ta, which is a beach bar/restaurant with a side atmosphere/semi-resort that has made it becoming the number one party place in various magazines, and Oberoi, which is an expensive hotel with a world reputation. Seminyak Highway (more commonly referred to as Jalan Legian), parallel to the beach, divides the two districts and acts as the main arterial road.
