Nagoya (
), also known as Lubuk Baja, is the main city of Batam, Indonesia, and administratively the district (subdistrict), which covers 10.8 square kilometers. The population was 80,780 in the 2010 Census. However, like the other fastest growing cities, Batam Island became a sustainable urban area. Nagoya Hill Mall is the largest shopping center in the region, you can find the most popular fast food restaurants like A & amp; W, Pizza Hut, KFC, etc. A wide range of household appliances, fashions, and electronic gadgets are also available. Hypermart is the only grocery store in the mall. The area is surrounded by a number of hotels, ranging from 2 to 4 stars.
Just outside the mall, there are many small roadside restaurants offering grilled seafood, satay, brains, and other local foods. The food is generally quite spicy.
